This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Apex Mathematical Consulting Ltd. to the Federal Ministry of Finance, Abuja, for the engagement of a senior Mathematician to provide specialized quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, and econometric advisory services. 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
2. Payment shall be made in monthly instalments, with the first payment due within fourteen (14) days of the commencement of the Mathematician's engagement. Subsequent payments shall be due on the 5th of each following month.
3. The Mathematician shall submit a detailed progress report at the end of each month, outlining deliverables completed, challenges encountered, and recommendations for the subsequent period.
4. All intellectual property, models, code, and analytical outputs produced by the Mathematician under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
5. The Mathematician is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement. All data, financial records, and strategic information accessed during the engagement in Nigeria Abuja shall be treated as classified and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
6. Any additional services or scope changes beyond those itemized in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
7. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to government shutdowns, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting the Abuja metropolitan area, either party may suspend obligations with written notice within 48 hours.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as a preliminary financial and operational framework for the Mathematician's engagement.
Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined for the engagement of the Mathematician in Nigeria Abuja. Apex Mathematical Consulting Ltd. confirms its readiness to deploy the qualified Mathematician upon receipt of the first payment tranche.
