This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Vector Analytics & Mathematical Consulting LLC to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Mathematician to deliver specialized analytical, modeling, and research support services within the jurisdiction of Russia Moscow. The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Candidate of Sciences (PhD equivalent) degree in Applied Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline, with no fewer than ten (10) years of professional experience in numerical analysis, stochastic modeling, and optimization theory. The Mathematician will be based in Russia Moscow and shall report directly to the client's Chief Research Director. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of Vector Analytics & Mathematical Consulting LLC. The payment schedule is structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (RUB 825,696) due within five (5) business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% interim payment (RUB 1,100,928) due upon delivery and client approval of the technical report (Item 5).
- 30% final payment (RUB 825,696) due within ten (10) business days following completion of the post-delivery support period.
Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per calendar day in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Russia Moscow.
- The Mathematician engaged under this contract shall comply with all applicable Russian Federation labor regulations, data protection laws (Federal Law No. 152-FZ), and intellectual property statutes.
- All mathematical models, code, reports, and documentation produced by the Mathematician during the engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement shall be executed prior to the commencement of work, incorporating all terms herein.
- All communications, deliverables, and documentation related to this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted in English, with optional Russian-language translations provided at no additional cost for regulatory filings within Russia Moscow.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Mathematician in Russia Moscow.
