The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following services on a dedicated basis for a period of six (6) months, commencing upon written acceptance of this document:

• Development and implementation of stochastic optimisation models for supply-chain logistics across the client's Jeddah port operations.
• Design of Monte Carlo simulation frameworks for risk assessment in industrial production planning.
• Application of differential equation modelling to predict equipment degradation and schedule preventive maintenance cycles.
• Statistical process control (SPC) analysis using multivariate methods to reduce defect rates in the client's assembly lines.
• Preparation of peer-reviewed technical reports and mathematical documentation in both Arabic and English for regulatory compliance with Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).
• Weekly on-site consultations at the client's facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and bi-weekly remote advisory sessions.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• Payment shall be made in three equal instalments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement (month three), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
• All payments are due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
• The Mathematician and supporting staff shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labour regulations, including the Saudisation (Nitaqat) programme requirements and the General Authority for Human Resources (GAHR) guidelines.
• Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by both parties unless otherwise specified in a separate addendum to this Quotation Estimate.

• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
