1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

4. Payment Schedule

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones for the Mathematician engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:

30% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (SAR 181,125).
40% Mid-Project Payment: Due at the completion of Month 3 (SAR 241,500).
30% Final Payment: Due upon project delivery and final acceptance (SAR 181,125).

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Rasidh Academic Consultancy LLC. Invoices will be issued in accordance with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia.

5. Terms and Conditions

5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Mathematician services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

5.2. The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, professional regulations, and the client's internal policies during the engagement period.

5.3. All intellectual property, research outputs, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall be the sole property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.4. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be payable in full.

5.5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.

5.6. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.

5.7. The Mathematician is required to maintain professional confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary information, and unpublished research materials encountered during the engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
