3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms outlined herein shall be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
3.2 Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due upon execution of the engagement contract. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) business days of final delivery of all Mathematician work products and acceptance by the client.
3.3 All services rendered by the Mathematician under this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in Singapore Singapore. Any requirement for the Mathematician to travel outside the geographical boundaries of Singapore Singapore shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
3.4 The Mathematician shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000, as required by Singapore Singapore regulatory authorities for professional service providers.
3.5 All data, documents, and proprietary information shared with the Mathematician in the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore Singapore. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
3.6 Any changes to the scope of work, additional Mathematician deliverables, or extended timelines beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate shall require a formal written variation order signed by both parties. Additional fees shall be calculated at the pro-rata rates stated in Section 2.
3.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
