The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in three (3) instalments as follows:
- 30% deposit (R 117,645.00) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% progress payment (R 156,860.00) due upon delivery of the draft technical report for client review.
- 30% final payment (R 117,645.00) due within fourteen (14) calendar days of final report acceptance and completion of all on-site sessions in South Africa Johannesburg.
All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Mathematician's registered business account in South Africa. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the National Credit Act of South Africa.
Important Notes regarding this Quotation Estimate:
- This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide all necessary historical data, access to relevant systems, and a dedicated point of contact within the Johannesburg office.
- The Mathematician's rates are fixed for the duration of this engagement and are not subject to escalation, provided the project scope remains unchanged.
- Any additional scope, change requests, or extended timelines beyond the originally agreed parameters will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- Travel costs are limited to the Johannesburg metropolitan area (including Sandton, Rosebank, Midrand, and Soweto). Travel to other South African cities will be quoted separately.
- All intellectual property generated by the Mathematician under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
