Payment Terms

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of the numerical simulation phase (Item 03), and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at CaixaBank, IBAN: ES21 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, located in Spain Valencia. Late payments will incur interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Spain Valencia.
All services rendered by our Mathematician professionals are governed by the Spanish Civil Code and applicable regional legislation of the Comunitat Valenciana.
The Mathematician engaged under this contract shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all data, algorithms, and proprietary information provided by the client.
Intellectual property rights in the final mathematical models and reports shall transfer to the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
