1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Mathematician to deliver specialized academic, research, and applied mathematics services within the city of Sudan Khartoum. The scope of work outlined herein has been developed in consultation with the requesting department and reflects current market rates for professional mathematical consultancy in the Sudan Khartoum region. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period stated above unless otherwise amended in writing by both parties.
2. Scope of Services — Mathematician Engagement
The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services in Sudan Khartoum:

4. Payment Terms and Schedule
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, subject to the terms of the master service agreement executed in Sudan Khartoum:
- Advance Payment (30%): Due upon signature of the contract, amounting to USD $33,957.00.
- Progress Payments (50%): Disbursed in four equal quarterly installments of USD $14,148.75 each, payable within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter.
- Final Payment (20%): Due upon completion of all deliverables and submission of the final project report, amounting to USD $22,638.00.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the Mathematician or the contracting entity in Sudan Khartoum. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
- The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards governing the practice of mathematics and academic consultancy in the Republic of Sudan, specifically within the jurisdiction of Sudan Khartoum.
- All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Mathematician and the commissioning entity, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate intellectual property agreement.
- The Mathematician reserves the right to decline any specific task that falls outside the defined scope of this Quotation Estimate. Additional services shall be quoted separately.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Mathematician shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Sudan Khartoum in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act.
- This document constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Quotation Estimate and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements between the parties.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms, conditions, and financial figures set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Mathematician in Sudan Khartoum.
