This Quotation Estimate is issued by Mwangi Mathematical Consulting Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services of a Mathematician for the East African Infrastructure Development Corporation. The engagement is situated in Tanzania Dar es Salaam and encompasses advanced mathematical modelling, statistical analysis, structural optimisation, and quantitative risk assessment for the proposed coastal road infrastructure project. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the sixth month of the Mathematician's engagement, and 30% upon final delivery of all reports and knowledge transfer materials.
- All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) to the bank account of Mwangi Mathematical Consulting Ltd. at NMB Bank, Kariakoo Branch, Tanzania Dar es Salaam. USD equivalents are provided for reference only at the rate of 1 USD = 2,580 TZS.
- The Mathematician shall devote a minimum of 40 hours per week to the project. Any additional hours beyond the agreed scope shall be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
- All mathematical models, algorithms, reports, and intellectual property developed under this engagement shall become the property of East African Infrastructure Development Corporation upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Republic of Tanzania, including the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) tax obligations and the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) guidelines for research and data handling.
- All data collected and processed in Tanzania Dar es Salaam shall be stored on servers located within the country in compliance with the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Tanzania.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of a professional Mathematician in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
