The Mathematician will be based in our Thailand Bangkok office and will be available for on-site visits to the client's premises as required.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (THB 524,193) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to commencement of work.
- 40% milestone payment (THB 698,924) due upon delivery and client approval of the validated mathematical model and optimization algorithms.
- 30% final payment (THB 524,193) due upon submission of the final technical report and completion of both on-site presentations in Thailand Bangkok.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Bangkok Mathematical Consulting Group. Invoices will be issued in Thai Baht (THB) in accordance with Thai tax regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Mathematician are subject to revision.
- The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary algorithms, and business information in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019).
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in Section 2 will require a written change order and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary data access, documentation, and reasonable facilities to enable the Mathematician to perform the work efficiently within the Thailand Bangkok operational environment.
- Intellectual property rights in the mathematical models, code, and reports developed specifically for the client shall transfer to the client upon full payment. General methodologies and pre-existing tools remain the property of Bangkok Mathematical Consulting Group.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. A formal Service Agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
