- All intellectual property, mathematical models, code, and documentation produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Republic of Turkey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Mathematician shall comply with all data protection regulations of the Republic of Turkey, including Law No. 6698 (Personal Data Protection Law) and applicable government security protocols in Ankara.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 5% administrative fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and registered with the relevant Ankara municipal authority.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Ankara Arbitration Institute.
