In accordance with the standard procurement guidelines of the Republic of Uganda, the payment structure for this Quotation Estimate is as follows:
- 30% advance payment (UGX 30,096,000) upon contract signature and approval by the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, Uganda Kampala.
- 40% milestone payment (UGX 40,128,000) upon completion and acceptance of the statistical framework and both teacher training workshops.
- 30% final payment (UGX 30,096,000) upon delivery of the technical report, problem-set, and final project close-out documentation.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Quantum Analytics & Mathematical Consulting Ltd., Stanbic Bank, Uganda Kampala Branch, Account No. 010-456-789-001. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice submission.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Uganda Kampala.
- The Mathematician shall be bound by the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act (2019) and shall handle all educational data with the highest degree of confidentiality.
- All intellectual property generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Ministry and Quantum Analytics & Mathematical Consulting Ltd., as stipulated in the final service agreement.
- The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Uganda, including the Uganda Standards Bureau regulations for educational materials.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal variation order signed by both parties before additional costs are incurred.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties in Uganda Kampala.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the Ministry will provide access to existing educational datasets, meeting facilities in Uganda Kampala, and necessary security clearance for the Mathematician to operate across multiple districts. Costs related to printing of physical materials, participant per diems beyond the workshop venue, and any government levies or taxes not explicitly stated herein are excluded from this estimate.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined for the engagement of the Mathematician in Uganda Kampala. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as a formal expression of intent to proceed to the service agreement stage.
