2. SCOPE OF SERVICES – MATHEMATICIAN CONSULTANCYThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Mathematical Consulting LLC for the provision of specialized Mathematician services to be delivered within the jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. The Mathematician engaged under this estimate shall provide expert-level mathematical analysis, modelling, and problem-solving support tailored to the client's research and operational requirements. All services shall be performed in compliance with the regulatory framework of the United Arab Emirates and shall be conducted primarily at the client's premises located in Abu Dhabi, with occasional on-site visits to the provider's office on Al Reem Island.
The Mathematician's engagement encompasses the following core deliverables: development of stochastic differential equation models for financial risk assessment; formulation of optimization algorithms for logistics network design; peer review of mathematical proofs submitted by the client's internal research team; and delivery of two (2) comprehensive technical reports per quarter summarizing findings and recommendations. The Mathematician shall also be available for a minimum of twelve (12) hours per week for direct consultation, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving sessions held in Abu Dhabi.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate constitutes a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contractual obligation until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
4.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of Mathematician engagement; 30% upon final delivery of all deliverables and acceptance by the client.
4.3 The Mathematician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, research findings, and intellectual property of the client, in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant commercial secrecy provisions.
4.4 Any scope changes, additional Mathematician hours, or extended engagement beyond the period stated in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts of Justice or, at the client's election, through arbitration under the rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Centre.
4.6 The provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned Mathematician with a professional of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written notification to the client.
5. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATIONBy signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for Mathematician services in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. This document serves as the foundational financial reference for the subsequent service agreement.
