• Design and implementation of computational models for agricultural yield forecasting relevant to the Tashkent region's irrigation infrastructure.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
2. The Mathematician engaged under this agreement shall comply with all applicable labour regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Labour Code and relevant Ministry of Higher Education directives.
3. Intellectual property generated during the course of the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Mathematician, with specific ownership terms to be defined in a supplementary IP agreement.
4. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of all services rendered up to the termination date shall be applied.

6. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre.
7. The Mathematician shall be required to submit monthly progress reports to the client's research directorate, detailing completed tasks, ongoing activities, and anticipated milestones for the following month.
