As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the primary Mathematician deliverables (modeling report and technical documentation), and the remaining 20% upon final acceptance after the advisory period concludes. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of HCMC Applied Mathematics Consultancy, Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), Ho Chi Minh City branch. The Mathematician's professional fees are inclusive of all applicable Vietnamese personal income tax obligations as per the 2025 tax code.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Mathematician's rates and availability in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City may be subject to revision.
- All intellectual property generated by the Mathematician during the engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, as governed by Vietnamese Intellectual Property Law (2005, amended 2022).
- The Mathematician reserves the right to decline or modify scope if the problem domain falls outside the agreed-upon mathematical disciplines (applied mathematics, statistics, optimization, numerical analysis).
- Confidentiality: The Mathematician and the consultancy firm shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, proprietary algorithms, and business information in accordance with the Vietnam Data Protection Law effective January 2025.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Ho Chi Minh City, or other events beyond reasonable control.
