Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for parts and Mechanic labour in Australia Brisbane may be subject to change due to supplier adjustments or market fluctuations.
- All work described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by a licensed and insured Mechanic at our Brisbane, Australia workshop. We hold full public liability insurance of $20,000,000 as required under Queensland law.
- Parts quoted are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent aftermarket parts approved for use in Australia. If a specific part is unavailable, our Mechanic will contact you before substituting an alternative of equal or greater quality.
- Labour rates are based on the standard Mechanic hourly rate of $130.00 per hour (inclusive of GST) applicable in the Australia Brisbane region. Overtime or after-hours work will be charged at 1.5 times the standard rate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional repairs or services that may be discovered during the course of the work. Any such additional work will require your written approval before proceeding, and a revised Quotation Estimate will be provided.
- All replaced parts carry a minimum 12-month / 20,000 km warranty as per Australian Consumer Law. Labour is warranted for 3 months or 5,000 km, whichever occurs first.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of completion of work. We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cash. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the client named above and the vehicle identified. It is non-transferable and does not constitute a binding contract until signed and returned to Brisbane Auto Mechanic & Service Centre.
- Our workshop operates Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The estimated completion time for all work listed is three (3) business days from the date of vehicle handover.
- By accepting this Quotation Estimate, the client acknowledges that all work will be conducted in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law 2010, Queensland Motor Vehicle Repairers Act, and all applicable federal and state regulations governing Mechanic services in Australia.
