Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current part availability and labour rates in Australia Melbourne.
- All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
- Labour rates are based on our standard Mechanic hourly rate of $110.00 AUD per hour. Any additional work identified during the repair process will be communicated to the client before commencement and will be itemised separately.
- All parts supplied by Melbourne AutoCare Mechanic Services carry a minimum 12-month or 20,000 km warranty, whichever occurs first, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Our Mechanic workshop operates Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Estimated completion date for the works described in this Quotation Estimate is 3–4 business days from approval.
- The client authorises our Mechanic team to source OEM or OEM-equivalent parts. If a specific part is unavailable, a suitable alternative of equal or superior quality will be substituted at no additional cost, subject to client approval.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of works. We accept EFT, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and BPAY. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a fixed-price contract. Final invoicing may vary by up to 10% if unforeseen mechanical issues are discovered during the repair process. Any variation exceeding 10% will require written client consent before additional work proceeds.
- All work is performed in compliance with Victorian state regulations and the Australian Automotive Repair Association (AARA) code of practice. Our Mechanic facility is fully licensed and insured for public liability up to $20 million AUD.
- By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate and authorises Melbourne AutoCare Mechanic Services to proceed with the described works.
