- This Quotation Estimate is a formal price indication for the mechanic services described herein and does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Dhaka Auto Mechanic Services Ltd.
- All mechanic work will be carried out at our registered workshop in Gulshan-1, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The client is responsible for transporting the vehicle to and from the facility, or may opt for our paid pickup service at an additional charge of BDT 500 within Dhaka city limits.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment (BDT 62,370) is required to initiate the mechanic work. The remaining 50% balance (BDT 62,370) shall be due upon completion and satisfactory inspection of the vehicle by the client.
- All replaced parts and components carry a minimum warranty of six (6) months or 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, as per Bangladesh consumer protection guidelines. Labor work is guaranteed for ninety (90) days.
- Any additional mechanic work discovered during the course of the repair that is not included in this Quotation Estimate will be communicated to the client in writing before proceeding, and a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for approval.
- The estimated completion time for all mechanic services listed is five (5) working days from the date of vehicle handover, subject to parts availability in the Dhaka spare parts market.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the vehicle and client named above. Any modification to the scope of mechanic work requires a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with jurisdiction in the Dhaka District Courts.
- Our mechanic workshop operates Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in accordance with Bangladesh labor regulations. No mechanic work will be performed on public holidays declared by the Government of Bangladesh.
