1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in parts availability, labour rates, or applicable tax regulations in Canada Vancouver.
2. Labour Rate: All labour is billed at a standard rate of $90.00 CAD per hour, consistent with prevailing Mechanic service rates in the Canada Vancouver metropolitan area. Overtime or after-hours work will be quoted separately.
3. Parts Warranty: All replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Labour performed by our Mechanic team is guaranteed for ninety (90) days or 10,000 km, whichever comes first.
4. Additional Work: Should the Mechanic discover additional issues during the course of the repair that were not identified during the initial inspection, a revised Quotation Estimate will be provided and approved by the client before any additional work commences.
5. Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of all services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer, and certified cheques. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions exceeding $100.00 CAD.
6. Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount applies if the client cancels after parts have been ordered or scheduled.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the jurisdiction of Canada Vancouver.
8. Environmental Compliance: All waste fluids, filters, and parts are disposed of in compliance with BC Ministry of Environment regulations. Our Canada Vancouver facility is a certified environmentally responsible auto repair shop.
