- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted due to fluctuating mechanic parts costs in the Chilean market.
- All mechanic services will be performed at our workshop located in Providencia, Santiago, Chile. The client is responsible for transporting the vehicle to and from the facility, or may request our pickup service at an additional cost of $25,000 CLP.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% upon completion and delivery of the vehicle. Payment may be made via bank transfer (Banco de Chile, BancoEstado, or Santander Chile), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or cash.
- All replaced mechanic parts carry a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of installation. Labor warranty is 90 days. Warranty claims must be presented at our Santiago workshop with the original invoice (Factura).
- This Quotation Estimate does not include additional repairs that may be discovered during the mechanic diagnostic process. Any extra work will require written authorization from the client before proceeding.
- The client authorizes the mechanic team to perform the services described herein. The workshop is not liable for pre-existing mechanical conditions not identified during the initial diagnostic.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Santiago Metropolitan Region, or supply chain disruptions), the estimated completion timeline may be extended by mutual agreement.
- This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until signed by both parties. The final service agreement will be issued upon acceptance.
- All data processing complies with Chilean Law 19.628 on Protection of Private Life (Ley de Protección de la Vida Privada).
