Scope of Work – Mechanic Services in China GuangzhouThis Quotation Estimate is prepared by Guangzhou Precision Auto Mechanics Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Mechanic services for the commercial vehicle fleet operated by Guangzhou Metro Logistics Group Co., Ltd. 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any work commenced after the expiration date will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current parts pricing and labor rates in China Guangzhou.
2. All Mechanic labor rates quoted herein are based on the standard working hours of 08:00 to 18:00, Monday through Saturday. Overtime or emergency after-hours Mechanic intervention will be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate of ¥450.00 per hour.
3. Parts and components referenced in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from authorized distributors within the Guangzhou automotive supply chain. Should any OEM part become unavailable, our Mechanic team will propose an equivalent or superior alternative and obtain written client approval before installation.
4. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major repair work, and 20% upon final sign-off and delivery of all serviced vehicles. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to our account at China Merchants Bank, Guangzhou Branch.
5. All Mechanic work performed under this Quotation Estimate carries a warranty of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) on both parts and labor, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Mechanic services to be rendered in China Guangzhou. The undersigned authorizes Guangzhou Precision Auto Mechanics Co., Ltd. to proceed with the scope of work as described herein.
