Based on the scope of Mechanic work outlined above, the estimated duration for completion is 3 to 4 working days from the date of vehicle delivery to our workshop in France Paris. The client will be notified via phone or email upon completion. A courtesy loaner vehicle may be arranged at an additional cost of €35.00 per day, subject to availability.
Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to potential fluctuations in parts costs and labour rates in the France Paris market.
- All Mechanic services are guaranteed for a period of 12 months or 20,000 kilometres (whichever comes first), in compliance with French consumer protection law (Code de la consommation).
- Payment is due in full upon completion of the work. Accepted methods include bank transfer (virement), credit/debit card, and cash. A 10% deposit is required to schedule the Mechanic appointment.
- All replaced parts and waste materials will be disposed of in accordance with French environmental regulations (Code de l'environnement, Articles L.541-1 et seq.).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client. The Mechanic workshop reserves the right to modify the scope of work if additional faults are discovered during the repair process, with prior written consent from the client.
- The client acknowledges that all work will be performed at our registered premises in France Paris (75011). Mobile Mechanic services are not included in this estimate.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic, and the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Our workshop holds full professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with AXA France, Policy No. AXA-2025-8847291, covering all Mechanic operations performed on client vehicles.
