This Quotation Estimate covers the full range of Mechanic services required to restore your Toyota Hiace to optimal operating condition. All work will be carried out by our certified Mechanic team at our fully equipped workshop located on Spintex Road in Ghana Accra. The estimated completion time for all listed services is five (5) working days from the date of approval. We use only genuine or OEM-equivalent parts sourced from authorised distributors in Accra, and all replaced components carry a minimum 12-month warranty. Our Mechanic staff are trained in both conventional and computerised diagnostic procedures, ensuring that every repair meets the manufacturer's specifications.
Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to fluctuations in parts availability and exchange rates in Ghana Accra.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit (GHS 9,706.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure workshop scheduling and parts procurement. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion and successful road test of the vehicle.
- All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to Accra AutoCare Mechanic Services Ltd., GCB Bank, Accra Branch, Account No. 0123-4567-890.
- The Mechanic services described herein include a 12-month / 20,000 km warranty on both parts and labour, whichever comes first, in accordance with Ghana's Consumer Protection Act, 2023 (Act 1071).
- Any additional work discovered during the repair process that is not covered in this Quotation Estimate will require prior written approval from the client before commencement.
- Our workshop in Ghana Accra operates Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Vehicle collection and delivery within the Accra Metropolitan Area is included at no additional cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not cover third-party insurance claims, DVLA registration fees, or any statutory vehicle inspection charges.
- Waste materials (used oil, filters, batteries) will be disposed of in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations of the Republic of Ghana.
