This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Jakarta Auto Mechanic Solutions to provide comprehensive Mechanic maintenance and repair services for the vehicle fleet of PT Nusantara Transportasi Sejahtera, based in Indonesia Jakarta. The scope covers preventive maintenance, diagnostic assessments, component replacement, and general mechanical servicing for a fleet of 25 commercial vehicles (15 units of Toyota Dyna trucks and 10 units of Mitsubishi L300 vans) currently operated within the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area.
Our certified Mechanic team, consisting of 12 senior technicians and 4 junior assistants, will be deployed at the client's designated service yard located in Cakung, East Jakarta, for a continuous service period of three (3) months commencing 1 August 2025. All work will be conducted in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service intervals and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for automotive maintenance.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for service beyond this period will require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates for parts and labor in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the second month of service, and 20% upon final handover and acceptance of all Mechanic work. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement.
- All Mechanic services are guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days or 10,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) from the date of service completion, covering both labor and replaced parts.
- Any additional repairs or parts not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written approval from the client's authorized representative before work commences.
- Jakarta Auto Mechanic Solutions shall provide a detailed service report for each vehicle after every maintenance session, including photographs, parts used, and recommended future maintenance schedules.
- The client is responsible for providing adequate workspace, power supply, and safety access at the Cakung service yard. The Mechanic team will bring all specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or severe flooding common in the Indonesia Jakarta region during monsoon season, may extend the service timeline by a mutually agreed period.
- All work performed shall comply with the regulations set forth by the Directorate General of Land Transportation (Ditjen Hubdat) under the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service contract shall be resolved through mediation in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian commercial law.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Mechanic services to be delivered in Indonesia Jakarta. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be executed within five (5) business days.
