All prices are quoted in Iranian Rials (IRR). Equivalent in Tomans: 3,182,800 Toman. Prices are subject to adjustment if the Iranian Central Bank exchange rate fluctuates by more than 5% during the validity period of this Quotation Estimate.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all mechanic parts pricing and labor rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Tehran.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% is payable upon completion of all mechanic services and client sign-off at our Tehran workshop.
- Warranty: All mechanic labor is covered by a 90-day / 5,000-kilometer warranty. All replaced parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, which is no less than 12 months as per Iranian consumer protection law.
- Work Schedule: The estimated completion time for all listed mechanic services is three (3) business days, excluding parts procurement delays. Our Tehran workshop operates Monday through Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00 (Iran Standard Time, UTC+3:30).
- Parts Sourcing: All components will be sourced from authorized distributors within Tehran and the Alborz province. In the event that an OEM part is unavailable, an equivalent aftermarket part of equal or superior specification will be substituted with prior written consent from the client.
- Regulatory Compliance: All mechanic work performed under this Quotation Estimate will comply with the vehicle safety inspection requirements mandated by the Tehran Traffic Police and the Iranian Road Transport Organization. A post-service inspection certificate will be provided.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The competent court of jurisdiction shall be the commercial court of Tehran.
