- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuating costs of spare parts and mechanic labour rates in the Nepal Kathmandu market.
- All mechanic services listed above shall be performed by certified and experienced technicians at our Kathmandu workshop. No sub-contracting of work will be undertaken without prior written consent from the client.
- All replacement parts and materials are genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or approved equivalent. A warranty of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometres (whichever comes first) is provided on all parts and labour.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due upon completion and satisfactory delivery of the vehicle. Payment may be made via bank transfer (Nabil Bank, Kathmandu branch), mobile banking (eSewa, Khalti), or cash at our Nepal Kathmandu office.
- The estimated completion time for all mechanic services is five (5) working days from the date of vehicle handover, subject to parts availability. Any delay due to import of specialized parts from outside Nepal will be communicated to the client in writing.
- The client is responsible for providing valid vehicle registration documents (VRC) and insurance papers before the mechanic work commences. Our workshop in Nepal Kathmandu is fully insured for vehicle damage during service.
- Any additional work discovered during the course of mechanic repair that is not listed in this Quotation Estimate will require a separate written approval and supplementary quotation from the client before proceeding.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. The final service agreement will be generated upon acceptance.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
