Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on prevailing parts availability and exchange rates in Nigeria Abuja.
- All mechanic services will be performed by certified and experienced mechanics at our Garki, Abuja workshop or at the client's designated location within the Abuja metropolitan area.
- Payment Terms: 50% deposit (NGN 439,756.25) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and client sign-off.
- All genuine parts and components used in this mechanic engagement carry a minimum six (6) month warranty from the date of installation, subject to normal usage conditions in the Abuja climate.
- Any additional work discovered during the mechanic repair process that is not listed in this Quotation Estimate will require prior written approval from the client before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The mechanic service provider reserves the right to decline work if vehicle safety conditions are deemed hazardous.
- All waste materials, used oils, and fluids generated during the mechanic service will be disposed of in compliance with the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) guidelines applicable in Nigeria Abuja.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
