All Mechanic services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by fully certified and experienced automotive technicians operating from our licensed workshop in Nigeria Lagos. Each Mechanic assigned to your fleet will hold a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with commercial diesel and petrol vehicles. All replacement parts will be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or approved equivalent, and every repair will be backed by a six-month / 10,000-kilometre warranty, whichever comes first. Our Mechanic team will adhere to the manufacturer's service manual specifications and will provide a detailed post-service report for each vehicle upon completion.
Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in parts availability and foreign exchange rates in Nigeria Lagos.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% upon successful completion and sign-off of all Mechanic services. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to our designated account.
3. The project duration for all Mechanic works is estimated at fourteen (14) working days from the date of commencement, subject to parts availability. Any delay caused by the client or third-party suppliers will extend the timeline proportionally.
4. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for additional repairs or parts that may be discovered during the course of the Mechanic work. Any such additional items will be communicated to the client in writing and will require written approval before work proceeds.
5. All work will be carried out in compliance with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) regulations and the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) guidelines applicable in Nigeria Lagos.
6. The client is responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle depot and ensuring all vehicles are fuelled to a minimum of one-quarter tank prior to the commencement of Mechanic services.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, with the seat of arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
Acceptance and AuthorisationBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Mechanic services to be performed in Nigeria Lagos as detailed herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
