TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the validity period, prices may be adjusted due to fluctuating parts costs in the Philippines Manila automotive supply market.
- All mechanic services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended specifications and applicable Philippine Department of Transportation (DOTr) vehicle safety standards.
- Parts and materials sourced from authorized distributors in Metro Manila, Philippines. All genuine parts carry a minimum six-month warranty from the date of installation by our mechanic team.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) down payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining fifty percent (50%) due upon completion and sign-off of the mechanic service report.
- Service hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippines Manila standard time, PHT). Emergency mechanic call-out available 24/7 within Metro Manila at an additional 50% surcharge.
- Any additional repairs discovered during the mechanic inspection that are not listed in this Quotation Estimate will require written client approval before work proceeds. A revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for such additional items.
- The mechanic service warranty covers workmanship only. It does not extend to parts failure due to normal wear, misuse, or external damage. Warranty claims must be filed within the Philippines Manila service area.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include LTO registration, plate renewal, or third-party insurance processing. These are to be handled separately by the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue set in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
