This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in parts availability and currency exchange rates within the Russian Federation.
All mechanic services will be performed at our workshop located at 42 Liteyny Avenue, Saint Petersburg, Russia, during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00; Saturday, 10:00 to 16:00, Moscow Time / Saint Petersburg Time, UTC+3).
The estimated completion time for all services listed in this Quotation Estimate is five (5) business days from the date the vehicle is delivered to our facility in Saint Petersburg.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% balance due upon completion and client sign-off of the final mechanic work report. Payment may be made by bank transfer to our account at Sberbank, Saint Petersburg branch, or by cash at the workshop.
All replaced parts carry a manufacturer's warranty of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, in accordance with Russian consumer protection legislation (Federal Law No. 2300-1).
Labour warranty for all mechanic work performed is six (6) months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized third-party modifications.
The client authorizes the mechanic team to dispose of all replaced parts and waste fluids in compliance with Russian environmental regulations (Federal Law No. 7-FZ on Environmental Protection).
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the document. Any disputes arising from the execution of the mechanic services described herein shall be resolved in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and under the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
The client acknowledges that the mechanic services described in this Quotation Estimate are tailored specifically for the vehicle identified above and may not be transferable to other vehicles or third parties without written consent from Nevsky Auto Mechanic Services LLC.
