1. Scope of Mechanic Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nakheel Automotive Services Co. 2. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuating parts costs in the Saudi Arabia Jeddah market.
- All Mechanic labor rates are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of standard workshop consumables (shop towels, cleaning agents, etc.).
- Genuine OEM or approved aftermarket parts will be used. If a part is unavailable, the Mechanic team will notify the client before proceeding with a suitable equivalent, subject to client approval.
- A warranty of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) is provided on all labor performed by our Mechanic technicians. Parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the Quotation Estimate acceptance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (STC Pay, Mada, or wire transfer to our Jeddah branch account), cash, or corporate cheque.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional repairs that may be discovered during the course of the work. Any such additional Mechanic work will be communicated to the client in writing before commencement, with a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued.
- The vehicle must be delivered to our workshop at Prince Sultan Road, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, between 08:00 and 16:00 (Sunday to Thursday). The estimated completion time for all listed services is five (5) working days from the date of vehicle handover.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Al-Nakheel Automotive Services Co. Ltd. holds a valid trade license (CR No. 1010XXXXXX) and is registered with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
3. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Mechanic services described herein. The client confirms that the vehicle details are accurate and authorizes Al-Nakheel Automotive Services Co. Ltd. to proceed with the work at the quoted rates in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
