- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuating parts costs in the Saudi Arabia Riyadh market.
- All mechanic work will be performed by certified technicians at our Riyadh facility. The estimated completion time for all listed services is five (5) to seven (7) working days from the date of approval.
- All replacement parts are genuine OEM or approved aftermarket components. A 12-month / 20,000 km warranty is provided on all parts and labor as per Saudi Arabian Consumer Protection regulations.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due upon completion and final inspection of the vehicle.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (STC Pay, Mada, Visa, Mastercard) to our registered account in Saudi Arabia. Invoices will be issued in accordance with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
- Any additional mechanic work discovered during the course of repair that is not listed in this Quotation Estimate will require prior written approval from the client before proceeding.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include towing, transportation, or third-party insurance claims. The client is responsible for arranging vehicle delivery to our Riyadh workshop.
- All work is subject to the terms of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations governing automotive service providers in Riyadh.

The client confirms that the vehicle details, service scope, and total cost have been reviewed and understood.
