Important Conditions for Mechanic Services in Senegal Dakar
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating parts costs in the Senegal Dakar market.
2. All Mechanic work will be performed by certified technicians at our Plateau, Dakar workshop. The client may request a mobile Mechanic service at an additional travel surcharge of 25,000 XOF per visit within the Dakar urban perimeter.
3. Parts and materials listed in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from authorized distributors in Senegal. In the event of unavailability, the Mechanic team will propose equivalent or superior alternatives with prior written client approval.
4. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% upon completion and sign-off of all Mechanic services. Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer to our Senegal account, or via mobile money (Orange Money / Wave).
5. All replaced parts carry a minimum six-month warranty. The Mechanic labour warranty is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of completion, covering any defects arising from workmanship.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional repairs or services that may be discovered during the course of the Mechanic work. Any such additional work will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate approved in writing by the client before execution.
7. The client acknowledges that the vehicle will be in the custody of the Mechanic workshop during the repair period. Dakar Auto Mechanics S.A.R.L. assumes reasonable care responsibility but is not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed in this Quotation Estimate.
8. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from the execution of these Mechanic services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
