- 1. Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment (LKR 145,435) is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and client sign-off. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Colombo AutoCare Mechanic Services (Pvt) Ltd., Commercial Bank, Colombo 03 branch, or by certified cheque.
- 2. Warranty: All mechanic labour work is covered under a 90-day / 5,000-kilometre warranty, whichever comes first. OEM parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty as per Sri Lankan consumer protection regulations.
- 3. Timeline: The complete set of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is estimated to be completed within five (5) working days from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to parts availability in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- 4. Additional Work: Should the mechanic team identify additional issues during the course of repair that were not apparent at the initial inspection, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued and the client's written approval will be obtained before any additional work commences.
