3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in the Uganda Kampala spare parts market and exchange rate movements.
3.2 All parts referenced in this Quotation Estimate are genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) components sourced through authorized distributors in Uganda Kampala. Substitution with aftermarket parts will only occur with prior written consent from the client.
3.3 Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due upon completion and successful roadworthiness inspection. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Kampala AutoCare Mechanic Services Ltd., Stanbic Bank, Account No. 0104-5678-9012, Kampala Branch.
3.4 The Mechanic workshop guarantees all labour work for a period of ninety (90) days or 10,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. Parts are covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty as applicable in Uganda.
3.5 The vehicle must be delivered to our workshop at Plot 14, Industrial Area Road, Uganda Kampala, between Monday and Friday, 08:00 and 16:00. Estimated completion time is six (6) working days from the date of vehicle handover.
3.6 Any additional work discovered during the diagnostic phase that is not covered in this Quotation Estimate will be communicated to the client in writing before commencement, with a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued for approval.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not include vehicle transport, insurance, or any third-party regulatory fees levied by UNRA or the Uganda Revenue Authority beyond the VAT stated herein.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Mechanic services in Uganda Kampala and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. This document serves as a binding estimate for the scope of work described and does not constitute a final invoice until the advance payment has been received.
