1. Scope of Mechanic Work & Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thames Valley Motor Works Ltd., a fully accredited and insured Mechanic workshop operating in United Kingdom London, in response to the vehicle inspection carried out on 11 June 2025. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices for parts and Mechanic labour may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the United Kingdom automotive supply chain.
- All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include the applicable 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by HM Revenue & Customs for services rendered in the United Kingdom.
- The Mechanic workshop rate of £78.00 per hour reflects the prevailing cost of skilled automotive labour in the London metropolitan area, United Kingdom, as of June 2025. Overtime or after-hours work will be charged at 1.5 times the standard rate.
- Any additional work discovered during the course of the repair that was not identified during the initial inspection will require written or verbal authorisation from the client before the Mechanic proceeds. A revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for any additional costs exceeding £50.00.
- All replaced parts will be retained for a period of fourteen (14) days following completion of the work, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applicable in the United Kingdom. The client may collect replaced parts at no additional charge.
- A twelve-month / 12,000-mile warranty is provided on all Mechanic labour and genuine OEM parts fitted at this workshop in London, United Kingdom. This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer warranty that may still be in effect.
