- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for parts and Mechanic labor in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- All Mechanic work will be performed by certified technicians at our workshop in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The client may request on-site service for an additional 15% surcharge on labor costs.
- Parts and components listed in this estimate are genuine OEM or approved aftermarket equivalents. Any substitution will require prior written approval from the client.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due upon completion and sign-off of all Mechanic services.
- All completed work carries a warranty of three (3) months or 5,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, covering both parts and Mechanic labor.
- This estimate does not include any additional repairs or services discovered during the course of work that were not identified during the initial inspection. Any such additional work will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate approved by the client before commencement.
- Working hours for our Mechanic team in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:30. Emergency call-out services are available 24/7 at a premium rate.
- All work is subject to the regulations of the Vietnam Ministry of Transport and applicable local authority requirements in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
