Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in the Zimbabwean Dollar (ZWL) exchange rate and the cost of imported spare parts sourced through Harare's Beitbridge and Victoria Falls border corridors.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required upon acceptance to secure workshop scheduling. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Payment may be made via EFT to our First National Bank of Zimbabwe (FNBZ) account or by bank cheque.
- Warranty: All mechanic labour work is covered by a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty. Genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty as applicable in Zimbabwe.
- Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the services and parts explicitly listed above. Any additional mechanic repairs discovered during the diagnostic phase will be communicated to the client in writing before further work commences, and a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued.
- Workshop Location: All primary mechanic services will be performed at our licensed workshop in Avondale, Harare, Zimbabwe. On-site call-out services will be conducted at the client's premises within the Harare Metropolitan area.
- Compliance: All work will be performed in accordance with the standards set by the Zimbabwe National Road Safety Authority (ZINARA) and the relevant vehicle maintenance regulations of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the mechanic services described herein. This document constitutes a binding agreement between Harare Auto Mechanics & Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd and the client for the scope of work outlined above.
