3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Mechanical Engineer service rates may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency exchange rate changes, or altered logistical conditions in Afghanistan Kabul.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four (4) installments: 25% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of design and procurement phase, 30% upon successful commissioning of all mechanical systems, and 10% upon final acceptance and handover of documentation.
