3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision due to potential fluctuations in material costs and labor availability in the Algiers market.
3.2 Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of design deliverables (Items 01–05), and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of the final documentation package.
3.3 Currency and Tax: All amounts are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes. International transfers, if required, will be subject to the prevailing CEB (Centre des Changes) exchange rate on the date of payment.
3.4 Intellectual Property: All design documents, calculations, and engineering deliverables produced by the Mechanical Engineer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
3.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Algiers, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Algerian industrial sector.
3.6 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Algiers, Algeria.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday–Thursday) in accordance with Algerian labor law. Overtime, weekend work, or work during Algerian national holidays will be billed at 1.5× the standard Mechanical Engineer daily rate.
