4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Mechanical Engineer service rates may be adjusted to reflect changes in market conditions in Argentina Buenos Aires.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in the following installments: 30% upon signing of the service contract, 40% upon completion of the design and engineering phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Mechanical Engineer deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Ingeniería Mecánica Profesional S.R.L. in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

4.5 Liability and Insurance: The Mechanical Engineer services are provided in accordance with the professional standards of the Argentine engineering profession.
