The Mechanical Engineer team shall complete all deliverables within a total duration of ten (10) calendar months from the date of the Purchase Order, with the following milestones:
- Month 1–2: Conceptual design, thermal load calculation, and equipment selection.
- Month 3–4: Detailed design, P&ID, isometric drawings, and BOQ preparation.
- Month 5: Tender document preparation and technical bid evaluation support.
- Month 6–10: Site supervision, installation oversight, commissioning, and as-built documentation at the Bangladesh Dhaka site.
Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments via bank transfer to the account of BDMECH Engineering Consultants Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh:
- 25% – Advance payment upon signing of the Service Agreement.
- 30% – Upon submission and approval of detailed design documents.
- 30% – Upon completion of site supervision and commissioning.
- 15% – Upon final acceptance of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
5.2. All Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed in accordance with BNBC 2020, ASHRAE 90.1, and applicable regulations of the Bangladesh Department of Public Health Engineering.
5.3. The client shall provide timely access to the project site in Bangladesh Dhaka, necessary architectural and structural drawings, and all site-specific data required for mechanical design.
5.4. Any variation in scope beyond 10% of the original work shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
5.5. Intellectual property of all design documents prepared by the Mechanical Engineer team shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
5.6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh, 2001.
5.7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
