1. Scope of Work & Description of Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Brussels Mechanical Engineering Solutions BV to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Mechanical Engineer to deliver design, analysis, and consultancy services within the Belgium Brussels metropolitan area. The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project holds a recognised engineering degree, is registered with the Belgian Engineering Council (Bureau du Conseil des Ingénieurs), and possesses a minimum of twelve years of professional experience in industrial mechanical systems, HVAC infrastructure, and process equipment design.

Site Assessment & Feasibility Study: The Mechanical Engineer shall conduct a full on-site inspection of the client's industrial premises located in Belgium Brussels, evaluating existing mechanical installations, structural constraints, and regulatory compliance under Belgian and EU directives.
Conceptual & Detailed Design: Production of complete mechanical design packages including P&ID drawings, 3D CAD models (SolidWorks / AutoCAD Mechanical), material specifications, and load calculations in accordance with Eurocode standards applicable in Belgium.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 A mobilisation payment of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value (€ 17,749.19 incl. VAT) is due within 10 business days of the client's written acceptance of this document.

3.2 Progress payments of 25% shall be invoiced at the completion of the Detailed Engineering phase (Item 03) and again at the completion of Commissioning (Item 06).

3.3 The final balance of 25% is due within 15 business days of the formal handover and acceptance of all deliverables by the client.

3.4 All invoices are payable by bank transfer to the IBAN specified in the header. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Law of 2 August 2002 on late payment in commercial transactions.

4. Terms & Conditions

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Mechanical Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.

4.2 The scope of work described herein is based on the information available at the time of this Quotation Estimate. Any significant change in scope, site conditions, or regulatory requirements in Belgium Brussels may result in a revised estimate, to be agreed in writing by both parties.

4.3 The Mechanical Engineer shall comply with all applicable Belgian labour laws, health and safety regulations, and professional codes of conduct. Professional indemnity insurance of a minimum € 2,000,000 per claim is maintained throughout the engagement.

4.4 All intellectual property rights in design documents, CAD files, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.

4.5 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of Belgium and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

5. Acceptance & Signatures

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Mechanical Engineer services in Belgium Brussels and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing set out above. This signature constitutes a request to proceed and does not, in itself, form a binding contract until the formal Service Agreement is countersigned.
