This Quotation Estimate is issued by Engenharia Mecânica Brasília Ltda. to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer consulting and design services for the construction of a 22-story commercial tower located in the Plano Piloto district of Brazil Brasília. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability of the Mechanical Engineer team may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil Brasília.
- Payment shall be made in the following installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of construction drawings, 20% upon completion of site supervision, and 10% upon final commissioning and as-built handover.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Engenharia Mecânica Brasília Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta 67890-1, CNPJ 12.345.678/0001-90.
- The Mechanical Engineer services described herein are subject to the professional liability insurance policy maintained by the provider, with a coverage of R$ 5,000,000.00, as required by the CREA-DF regulations.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be formally requested in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
- The project timeline assumes standard working conditions in Brazil Brasília. Delays caused by force majeure, regulatory hold-ups, or client-requested design changes shall extend the schedule proportionally.
- All intellectual property rights over the design documents, calculations, and BIM models produced under this contract shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the Grand Total.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in Brasília — DF, in accordance with the rules of the CAM-CCBC (Câmara de Arbitragem do Centro de Conciliação e Arbitragem do Brasil).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement in writing.
