- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in materials and labour rates within the Canada Montreal region.
- Payment Schedule: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of detailed design deliverables, and 30% upon successful commissioning and final sign-off by the assigned Mechanical Engineer.
- Project Duration: The estimated timeline for completion of all Mechanical Engineer services is fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract execution, subject to client approval of interim deliverables.
- Licence and Compliance: All engineering services shall be performed under the supervision of a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensed by the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). All deliverables will comply with the standards and bylaws applicable in Canada Montreal.
