The estimated duration for the completion of all Mechanical Engineer services described in this Quotation Estimate is approximately 14 to 18 weeks from the date of contract execution. The project schedule will be developed in coordination with the client and all other disciplines, with key milestones to be established during the initial kickoff meeting in Canada Toronto. Any delays attributable to municipal review processes, third-party vendor lead times, or force majeure events will be communicated promptly and will not be considered a breach of contract.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made as follows: 25% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of design and documentation, 30% upon completion of construction phase supervision, and 10% upon final commissioning and delivery of the as-built package.
