The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC), ensuring full compliance with the British Columbia Building Code, the National Building Code of Canada, and all applicable municipal bylaws of the City of Vancouver.

The scope encompasses preliminary design, detailed engineering drawings, load calculations, energy modelling, coordination with structural and electrical disciplines, and on-site construction support. All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) guidelines and the International Mechanical Code as adopted in the Province of British Columbia. The Mechanical Engineer will conduct a minimum of four (4) site visits to the Canada Vancouver project location to verify field conditions, review installed equipment, and provide progress reports to the client's project management team.

4. The Quotation Estimate includes up to two (2) rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original description will be billed at the applicable hourly rate stated above and require a written change order signed by both parties.
5. All drawings, calculations, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate remain the intellectual property of Pacific Northwest Mechanical Engineering Solutions Inc. until full payment is received. Upon final payment, a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables is granted to the client for the Canada Vancouver project.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party testing laboratories, equipment procurement, or municipal permit fees, which shall be borne by the client.
7. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Canada Vancouver, British Columbia.
