1. Scope of Work — Mechanical Engineer Services in Chile Santiago
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Mechanical Engineering Solutions SpA to formally present the professional fees, technical deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a certified Mechanical Engineer to provide comprehensive design, analysis, and supervisory services at the client's industrial facility located in Chile Santiago, specifically within the Pudahuel commune of the Metropolitan Region. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of mechanical system upgrades, including preliminary feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, procurement support, on-site installation supervision, and final commissioning of the plant's thermal and fluid-handling infrastructure. All services will be executed in strict compliance with the Chilean Technical Regulations (NCh), the applicable provisions of the Chilean Mining Law where relevant, and the occupational health and safety standards mandated by the Superintendencia de Seguridad Laboral (SUSESO) for the Chile Santiago metropolitan area.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices and availability of the Mechanical Engineer team are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of detailed design and procurement support, and 20% upon final commissioning and delivery of the as-built package. All invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.
- All services will be performed by a licensed Mechanical Engineer registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros de Chile and will comply with the professional standards and ethical code applicable in Chile Santiago and the national territory.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to the project site in Chile Santiago, all necessary permits, and coordination with third-party contractors. The Mechanical Engineer team will comply with all site-specific safety protocols.
- Any change in scope, additional work orders, or modifications to the original Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to cost and schedule.
- Intellectual property of all design documents, calculations, and reports produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. Governing law: Republic of Chile. Jurisdiction: Courts of Chile Santiago, Metropolitan Region.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting the Chile Santiago region, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
