• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO 14001, OSHA-equivalent DR Congo regulations).
• Perform root-cause failure analysis on mechanical breakdowns and submit detailed corrective action reports to the Operations Director within 48 hours of each incident.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of local maintenance technicians and subcontractors operating in the DR Congo Kinshasa area.
• Prepare technical specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) for all spare parts procurement, ensuring compatibility with existing equipment.
• Conduct monthly condition monitoring assessments using vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis techniques.
