4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
4.2 Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and fabrication supervision milestones, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover. 4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. 4.4 Intellectual Property: All design documents, calculations, and technical reports produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer and our firm retain the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client consent.
4.5 Compliance: All work performed by the Mechanical Engineer shall comply with Ethiopian national building codes, the Ethiopian Environmental Protection Authority regulations, and applicable international standards (ASME, ISO, API) as relevant to the project in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
4.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, matters shall be referred to arbitration under the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Proclamation No. 1221/2020, with proceedings conducted in Addis Ababa.
